WallPaper Plus lets you change your desktop wallpaper at regular intervals, ranging from once a minute to once a day. It supports the Active Desktop, so you can use your favorite gifs and jpegs as wallpaper.
Placed in the System Tray, the program runs in the background and allows access to all major functions through the right mouse button.
