| Moby Dick is a classic amongst seafaring stories and is well known as the story of Captain Ahab's fanatical search for a white whale that had injured him in an earlier encounter. However the book is much more than that as it tells the story of acrew of whalers and what life was in those days when men pitted thmselves against the leviathons with little more than a spear. |
