| Web-based Helpdesk Manager. It works by routing the Customer questions to the proper Helpdesk Personnel. Helpdesk Personnel then answer the question (email sent to the customer) and can save it to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) database. The FAQ is searchable and categorized. The source code with Access or MS SQL database is available.
